Exclamation is this a scam or spam

Ok i just got a email news letter saying that you redevloped you website and i needed to comfrom the regestion by re submitting my information if i don't my email address will not be added to this list is this for real or a scam att thinks it is heres a copy i did not past the email address cause thats not allowed. this is the real email i copyed and past it here.

I'm sure it's ok. I can't confirm but I got the same thing and you don't literally have to resubmit your info. Hmmm...may be automatic when you registered as a member. Hopefully I didn't click to0 fast b/c I sent it on through. I didn't submit any info. But you know...if you ever have to resubmit your personal information then obviously it's not legit.

I got one too. I wouldn't pay any attention to it unless you want to subscribe to the newsletter

yeah just wanted to make sure i already crashed my computer once clicking on somthing that i should not have did not want to have a repeat

The wording is right for the doityourself.com newsletter opt-in/out e-mail
I didn't receive one, not that I know of anyway
I'll check my newsletter e-mail address

Yes it's for you to re-opt-in if you want to keep receiving the newsletter
They must be updating the recipients list

Things to look for:
You should notice the origin address is the same one the newsletter comes from
And a phone number is included if you have any questions
