Didn't you or somebody else already ask this before ??

We have:

1 dog a lemon Beagle that is pretty dumb.

1 black and white indoor cat that does some really strange stuff like let my daughter dress it up and push it around in a stroller for hours.

1 orange tabby that's indoor/outdoor. Mean as a wet hen when indoors and nice as can be when outside. He gets almost unbearable when he has to stay in for weeks at a time in the winter.

ha ha ha! I was thinkin' the same thing as I was reading. This should be a sticky since it keeps getting asked over and over again! j/k

Here's the old thread:

BTW: I have no pets. If I can't keep a goldfish alive...I shouldn't be allowed to have pets.

We have one big, mean cocker spaniel. If we had anything else, this one would start a fight ending only with death.

Are you laughin' at me???!!! I know, I know. One may ask how in the world can someone kill a goldfish???!!!! (accidentally mind you).

I kept it in those glass fish bowl things. Change the water once or twice a week as per instructions with the water thing and cleaning...and fed it. How could it have died???? I don't know, but trust me...I felt really bad! I had 2 and they both died. My son was so sad. I promised I would never do it again.

Did you keep the gold fish in a room that gets very hot and close the door.

Nope. It was in the kitchen (where I hardly cooked BTW) so there was no chance it was getting "cooked" in there. It was always nice and cool in there.

Pet resume:

1st dog, salt & pepper Schnauzer named Fritz, nice dog, died too young, hit by a car.

2nd dog, salt & pepper Schnauzer named Schnapps, cute but mean, lived a long time, had to put him to sleep when he couldn't get out of bed anymore.

1st & only cat, shorthair, white w/ blue eyes, named Goober, big beautiful cat (18 lbs), lived a long time, died one horrible night of what we think might have been a urinary blockage or something...???

3rd dog, black Schnottie (1/2 Schnauzer, 1/2 Scottie) named Kramer, cute as can be but mean as heck to our kids & all visitors except my mom.

and many, many, many fish, all dead but one goldfish, currently alive........for now.........
