Trading kids

I mean kids trading!... Kids trading things.

My son just traded 3 Game Boy games for a box of Nerds! Had to give him the lecture about the value of money...

What's the worst thing(s) your kid(s) traded things for or were they the smart one that got the best out of trading?

My kids break things to fast to trade them. I do remember trading for stuff as a kid, and I usually got the worse deal because either the teachers or parents would find what I traded for and confiscate it.

Sounds like your boy is going to make a great used car salesman. Sounds like he already knows the value of money as well since he came out wwwaaaaayyyy ahead.

Either a used car salesman or an attorney leading into a politician.

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Sorry. Looks like he is relegated to becoming a poor blue collar worker like me.

I have a bunch of nerds in the candy jar at work. Does he have anything else to trade??

Are you sure you didn't really mean "trading kids"??

ha ha...

The things kids'll do for candy. I won't tell him you have some unless you like toys. Though he might offer some of my things! YIKES! Shhhhh...don't let him hear us or he'll get some good ideas.

Yes...I did mean "trading kids" for a split second.

Found about 10 strange kids swimming in our pool with my then 12 year old son sitting on the deck watching. He had canvassed the neighborhood for kids willing to pay for a swim. Told him insurance doesn't cover that sort of thing.
