It's been a good year! I finally got my new boiler! The old one was ancient. Heck... it was old before it was ever retrofitted into here in '78 a couple of years after the house was built (with electric baseboards). The F3 burner was added in the early 90s with a mechanical ODR from White-Rogers before I bought the house in 93. The tanks like the boiler were moved here as someone moved on to gas. I finally did and I really like that I am in a gas friendly area. It's cheaper than oil here and you can buy fixed 5 year pricing on it. You can't with oil. My old tanks did not match the scrutiny of the new standards.

Anyway, it was a good year. I enjoy everyone's company and responses guys. It's nice to know you're not the only boiler junkie on the planet.

Happy New Years guys.

...and Grady for President!
