Today's media put in 1860's

I had the strangest thought at work this morning. I had a mental picture of a member of today's TV media asking Mary Todd Lincoln " Other than your husband being shot, how do you feel about this play?" . I clean a movie theater which doesn't require much thinking so my mind tends to wander off into strange tangents such as this. Some of these tangents make me laugh, others make me say HMM? mentally.

Sadly with media and our lame general public's obsession with celebrities...this would be asked.

She would then be quoted (or partially quoted) on a commercial for the play to make it seem important.
