Better to know ahead than to beat our heads against the wall trying to work on the site. Thanks Vic, and if any one says anything, send 'em my way.
I think they already have the parking brakes on, now. See ya, tomorrow.

Whatever was done didn't fix the lack of speed for me. Seems slower than ever.

It is taking between eight and eighteen seconds from the time I click on something until the page is loaded. It isn't my computer as every other site I visit is almost instantaneous.

I agree with Furd. This has to be the slowest site I have visited in a long time. All other sites, including forums with similar formats (like ours used to be) are speed-of-light compared to this one. So another failure to help speed issues.

Hey Vic. How'd you fare with the tornadoes last night??? Hope all is well.

When I logged in this morning it was still slower than molasses at Point Barrow but later in the afternoon it has now returned to the speed I enjoyed before the makeover.

Congratulations to the site fixers/breakers/modifiers/enhancers. I think you clicked the right button. Now, leave it alone for a few days.

Yeah...seems to be just fine.

Larry..they were over near Flagstaff...non-issue to me, but my neighbor is up there hunting. Said he got beat up by hail and rain, but surprisingly little wind, and he was about 10 miles from the area where they hit.
