Do you use the steam or dry setting for that?

In my case, depends on what I'm cooking. If vegetables, I like to use the steam option, lol!

If I"m pressed for time, I my use of something like this but I'd need to iron out a few wrinkles first. For example steaming may in-crease the iron content of some foods. Sorry....but the puns on this can go on forever.
