Craftsman tools poping in odd place

I was stumbling through our local home improvement store (Menards) and spied two Craftsman power tools for sale there. I thought this was odd since they are not owned by Sears. Anybody else see Craftsman tools in other locations other then Sears or Kmart?

Scott: I've not see that, yet, except at flea markets. What a bonanza.
My crew and I stopped at one on the side of the highway today. He had an exhaust fan that I was looking for. Wanted too much for it. Did walk away with two nice push sticks, a push pad, and 3 large full containers of #10 biscuits for $10. Felt really bad....naaaa!!

Around here, Ace Hardware is selling Craftsman tools. I wonder if the demise of Sears is imminent and Craftsman is being spun off as a stand-alone brand? I've noticed Sears hasn't been printing Sunday newspaper sales fliers for many months, as if they're not trying to recruit business any more.
