LOL!
I don't particularly like this hot, humid stuff we're dealing with, but the thought of all that snow would be a nightmare.
Just some comfortable, cooler temps is what I'm dreaming about.

You would love it here. Temperatures have been in the 70 to 80 degree range (daytime) for the last week and a half to two weeks and the humidity around 60%. Myself, I think it has been too hot and definitely too humid. I just took a shower and I am sitting in my bedroom sweating while the A/C is running.

Baldwin clear snow!!! Hardly. He sits at the window waving at the kids playing.
It is a refreshing picture, though.

I am 100% on board with you Baldwin!!! Bring it on! I have some almost new skid pads on my plow that didn't get used last year. I need to use them up before they go bad.

Looks more like a nightmare Baldwin but I do agree with you it has been too hot which is why you posted that picture I am sure. I certainly want it cooler too I guess there is some truth in what they say about global warming and green house gases. I will say this though it sort of makes you feel cooler just looking at it.

Little sticky for my liking today...88...55% humidity for a dewpoint of 70.

Eight o'clock the other morning it was already getting too warm which got me thinking of poor people in the big cities, or anywhere for that matter.

Imagine living in a little apartment with a small window or two and only a 8" fan blowing hot air on you for comfort and nowhere to go. Brutal.

Except I just heard on the local news that 1988 was still hotter than this (more 90+ degree days)....so far.

I agree there is some controversy over global warming still though they think there is a trend towards higher temperatures and there isn't as much ice in Antarctica. I just heard on the news though that this is the 110th anniversary of air conditioning that makes me feel cooler.

I also had to shovel the backyard for the dogs.

Haha. That was when I finally made it from my backyard to the street. My mail gets delivered to my front door. I live in the big city of Keyport, remember? Here are the rest of the pics: http://flickr.com/gp/drooplug/m2kJu7 I don't have a shot of it all shoveled. You can see how my neighbors driveway is right next to mine. That makes it harder to get rid of the snow. I did have the intention of going to work that day. By the time I made it to the street, I said forget it. Turns out the parking lot didn't get plowed anyway.
