When I heard about that a few days ago I thought about some of the other heroic people we had lost like Ronald Reagan after he was shot he became a hero and so did those who protected him. One of our best presidents that we have had. I remember seeing the moon walk and thinking that they are making it possible for future generations to be able to explore more of that vast area we call space. I also remember how exciting it was back then as there were very few people then going into space and no international space station yet. Thank goodness the cold war is over and with international cooperation we can explore even more space.
