Depending on the year make and model, it could be worth it.

You'd need to smoke it pretty good to get all the bees out. Probably moving it from where it is would be a big help.
A good drive down the interstate with the windows open might get rid of the few bees still hanging around.

Not sure what the price is on bees, but if he's selling the truck as is, you might be able to sell the bees (provided they are honey bees and not killer bees) as is where is and save yourself the clean up work.

Killer bees? Just bring it north to where you live, Mike. They'll never make it through the winter.

A bee keeper would buy it in a minute if the price was right...I'd offer him $600...a Tyvec suit with hood, face mask and duct tape....plus a smoker of some sort.

For that matter just build a big smoky fire beside it.

I don't know much about killer bees, but normal honey bees somehow survive our weather up here, so they might survive here too. I know the bees and wasps here stop moving once it gets cool enough. Near freezing, you can actually pick up a live bee or wasp and it won't move until your hand warms it.

Killer bees don't survive the cold climates.

They should turn that truck into a bait car.

John, I'd only hook it with a "repo" device. I ain't gettin' out to hook it up Pull it out to Sarasota beach and leave it for a day or so. I would think building a "leaf" fire would smoke them out. Heck, they never burn, just smoke up the valley.

I'd buy it, some green leaves and old tires would fix the bee problem real quick. A few cans of Raid to kill any survivors.
