I went camping and decided this was necessary.

If only I would've cut the grass beforehand...

That's actually a pretty decent idea. If anyone has tried camping in the south during summer AC is almost a mandatory requirement.

I had enough of that in Boy Scouts. Now I'm glad to have my propane generator, extra large tank, and a few hundred feet of 10/4 submersible pump cable.

Even up here in PA it's nice to come back and be able to cool down.

No kidding. There's nothing like coming back from a hike and cooling down in a nice A/C area. Hey, just because it isn't roughing it it doesn't mean that you aren't enjoying the great outdoors. There's nothing like being away from people for awhile to make things seem a lot more clear.

Unfortunately that won't fit in my backpack or mount very well to my hammock.

Funny side story....
My parents took ownership of their new toy hauler while my 4yrs old was out visiting them. The first couple nights my mom "camped" out in the new trailer to try it out (thing has more luxuries then my home).
Asked my son if he wanted to go camping when he got back from NS. He told me he wanted to go "granny camping". Apparently he's ditching hammock camping for sat tv and cold milk in his sippy cup.
