My wife loves the beach/ocean but I think the snakes would be a deal breaker
I can't see why anyone would want to set foot on any island [or anywhere else] that has that many snakes, poisonous or not.

Sounds like a good spot for nuclear testing.

I'm curious now, that many snakes means there's a significant population of food for them - what could possibly be surviving on that island to the extent it's a continual source of food for them?

I was just reading about that, and they eat the migrating birds that go there. There's also locusts and huge cockroaches.

I think I'll pass!

Heck, with not because of the snakes. The huge cockroaches would have done it for me.

I think if I was given a choice of only two places I could live in the world and couldn't go anywhere else I would pick Siberia over this place. I don't mind non poisonous snakes but poisonous snakes no way and locusts and cockroaches with the snakes no thanks. I don't like the idea of Siberia either just too cold there but at least not as many snakes.

If I had to choose between 2 places with that island being one, I'd pick the other - you can give me the details on the other place later
