Looks like you'll be staying home for a few days?

Not me but I swear when they put the new storm sewer in it just about that bad here. Two lane residential street with ditches on each side and open pit burial of 10 foot concrete drain pipe.

Around here, they just tow it someplace else. Strange they didn't do that, as it seems they'll have to still remove that patch of cement (or whatever).

I had a somewhat similar incident yrs ago. I was the 1st one on the job and backed my van up close to the house and went to work. I was aware that the plumbers showed up and were working outside but never paid much attention to them. They quit before I did. When I finished painting the house I discovered they had dug 2 deep trenches between my van and the road Why they never asked me to move my van is beyond me I wasn't sure how I was going to get out of there since the closest thing I had to a shovel was my putty knife but I saw where they had left a maddox laying so I used it to fill in the trenches so I could drive out. Once I had a path for me to drive out I threw their maddox in my van - you might say I stole it but I figured I earned it

I dunno about Photoshopped...the reflection of the A-pillar looks right and shadows seem consistent, and they often miss that.

I could send it to a guy I know, who could find the original and analyze it, but I hate to bother him just out of curiosity.
