Pump house heat

Got a call from my tenet at 8:00 AM saying there no water.
I get there and look in the pump house and find the thermostat controlled space heater unplugged from the outlet.
Mind you right now where having record low temp. and going to be below 32 Deg. for a week and -7 at night.
Tenet says I was wondering why there was a heater out there because no one lives in there so I unplugged it
Here's your sign.
This same person has the mini split HVAC set at 75 deg. and is running two space heater at the same time, then wants to know how to start the gas logs because it's to cold.
This is in a 800 sq. ft. one bedroom house that has all new window R50 in the attic and insulation inside and outside the walls.
Glad she's paying the utility bill.

I had a complaint that the fridge and freezer doors would not close. I showed up and sure enough both were ajar. A quick look inside confirmed that it was so over filled that the doors could not close. Then the tenant mentions "you know I did just go grocery shopping and doors were fine before that".
