The Pope

Thank God he has gone home. Watching him tooling around in that open Jeep all I could think about is JFK....please don't let it happen here.

Not having a religious cell in my body he seems to be a pretty cool dude, always that big smile on his face.

Now that he has gone back..... there appears to have been a security breach at one of the airports he traveled thru. Another loony.......

He came, he spoke, he went home. Nothing else to see here, folks, move on.

Even the Vatican expressed their "concerns" about the visitor list, so the king overstepped his boundaries of etiquette.

I was glad the Pope came not just because I am Catholic but also because I am interested in what he says. I can't say though that I agreed with everything he said especially about Immigration but what he said was interesting. His accent though is so strong that I wish he used an interpreter every time he spoke English as he was hard to understand. Before his stay here I heard about protests being planned and I am glad that for the most part the press didn't focus on them. Disturbing though about the guy who was near the Popes plane.
