What a difference a year makes

Took this one year ago today on my way to take the dog for a hike:

Today it hit 65 degrees in sunny NE Ohio. 85 degrees warmer than this day last year. I'll take it!

I'm just North East of you and I suspect I I may some of that heat. Much of our snow here in the Buffalo area has melted. But I heard more to come on Wednesday.

You folks in Buffalo always get hammered....exact wrong location with respect to the lake I guess. It'll cool off here again by Monday, but maybe you'll get a piece of the warm streak.

I'm further east and if the temps had been 3 or 4 degrees colder this winter we would have 4' of snow. But the fields are bare and the ski slopes are looking for a different way to make a living. But don't worry, the politicians will fix everything, I heard them say it.

Hasn't stopped the snowbird invasion down here, busy as it's ever been.
