Motion Sensor with remote device to receive notification?

I'm looking for something that can do the following:

A motion sensor/detector device that can be put anywhere.
When the motion sensor is triggered, it should send an alert
to a remote (keyfob/keychain size device), but I don't want the
alert to be a loud alarm but more just a vibrator so that only I would
know about it.

I also don't want the actual motion sensor itself to make an alarm.
It should only send the alert to me via some remote device in my pocket.

I have seen some on ebay that uses a gsm card and it will call your
phone, but those don't work very well. It can take up to 10 seconds or
longer for you to get the call after motion has been detected. By that time, it would be too late or self-defeating purpose.

Is there anything out there that can send it instantly? I don't really know
what it's called or what sort of technology it would require (bluetooth? wireless radiowaves/transmission?) etc.

Any help would be appreciated. Oh, and the whole point is to be covert. I don't want the alert to be loud and tips everyone off lol.

Dakota Alert used to make something that would work perfectly. It was their PR-2500 which was about the size of a pager and would vibrate when a sensor was tripped. It could monitor multiple sensors and the screen would display which sensor was tripped. Unfortunately the FCC changed the spectrum allocations several years ago it has been discontinued at least in the USA. You could check out their website or retailers and see if they have something available in Canada or see if you can find an older system for sale maybe on Ebay.

Eh, wireless doorbell and a motion detector?

Get a $10 wireless doorbell from a big box store,
pry open the doorbell button, wire it to the motion detector.
Plug the chime in someplace where you'll hear it.

Search for Bluetooth motion sensor. Here's an example of one that will notify your iphone or ipad if it detects motion:

https://www.amazon.com/iAlert-Blueto.../dp/B00SG4GSR6

Limited to range of Bluetooth....

thanks for the suggestion Pilot Dane (why doesn't this forum have a like button?).

the doorbell idea: i need something that doesn't make a loud noise that would give me away lol.

bluetooth: i don't currently own an ipad or iphone so i guess this option won't work for me? Also, how much distance would bluetooth cover? I'd imagine not much more than 10ft? I need something with a range of about 30 feet distance max and there will be one wall or barrier between me (and my buzzer/receiver) and the motion sensing unit....so not sure if that rules out bluetooth as a possibility (I don't think bluetooth can work through walls at 30 feet distance?).
