Click "Forums" at the top of the page, scroll through & choose the topic you want to post about, then click the "New Post" yellow icon & post your question. Then click "post Quick Reply".

It may seem confusing at first, but once you get use to it, it gets easier. But the website has under gone (still in process) updating, so all is not perfect.

You did start a thread with a question last week. Perhaps you forgot?

How to post a new question

Should be like falling off a log, as in EASY, but I find no Yellow or any other form of an icon/button to start a new thread, i.e. post a question. Has something changed since 2017??

Once you select the forum where you want the thread to be..... look at the top of the page and there is a yellow box. This is a screen shot of this forum.
