The economy

It must be doing OK.

I went to a local casino this morning to pick up some basketball tickets and the place was really busy (at 10AM). Full tables and busy restaurants. What really surprised me was that there were hundreds (maybe thousands?) of people standing in line for
an 11 AM "Brunch with Martha Stewart and her Friend Snoop Dogg" all at $90 a pop.

They probably all were Snoop-Dogg's peeps, and they all had the munchies. When you're in that condition, $90 for unlimited food served in steam trays seems like a bargain.

As for me, I wouldn't pay $90 for a meal regardless of who I was dining with or what was on the menu.
