dust buster on a stick

I know I don't get out much but ...... we went to my wife's brother's apartment to clean it for when he gets out of rehab. My wife said we didn't need to bring our vac because her brother had one. It's a Bissell but I swear it looks like a dust buster with a long handle, even opens up like one to empty it. Glad there are only 2 rms with carpet!

We have had several of these Eureka models, they are very durable!

Stick vacs (I think they are called) are very popular...esp for those who have small places or very little carpet. Spill a box of oatmeal or similar...who want's to get out the big vac for that? There was just something in CR about them I believe.

I had never seen one before but recognized the business end as resembling a dust buster. That Eureka pic looks bigger but hard to tell without a side by side comparison. His apartment is small but handicap accessible which is good because he'll probably need a wheel chair for awhile.
