Executor of Will - petition for probate

I'm in New york State and I am executor for my sister's will. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to execute very shortly. The estate isn't that complicated so I may do the work myself. One question I have involves the petition for probate form. Where they ask for a list of all interested parties, must I list every one of my sister's nieces and nephews even if they are not mentioned in the will? Or do I simply list only those people who are mentioned in the will?

Check the NY statutes ... in FL "interested parties" include those who would inherit intestate (if there were no will).
