Post Writing own will

Is there any information you should tell me about adding a disclaimer trust clause to a will?

Must all my accounts be changed from "joint ownership" to POD or to "joint tenancy" if I want my assets to be able to be disclaimed if wished?

Please contact me at "E-Mail address removed"

Has anyone written their own will....what risks should I look out for in NJ?

Similar to a will; then you can have your testament for a reason with your legal person whom you trust. A lawyer o whom you can refer all your questions and wants for your benefit and satisfaction.

Hope this short idea would somehow help.

disclaim assets

gatnus,

Most states have a statue, usually in the probate code that allow for disclaimer. You can also disclaim for fed tax purpose.

Go see a tax attorney who does will, trusts and probate.

Good luck!

will kits

Don't use them. They are generic and some provisions may not apply.

Go see an estate planning attorney.

Good luck!
