Unhappy Changing a deed for Pennsylvania

I need some advice on how to go about changing a deed for a home bought in Pa. My boyfriend and I bought a house 7 years ago but because of bad advice from our Real estate Agent we only put his name on everything. Now I am completely stressing about the consequence if something should happen to him. What should I do? How do I go about changing the deed without it costing my lots of money?

Go to a Notary Public (most neighborhoods have one) and they should be able to do this. Don't know what the cost is, but shouldn't be a fortune.

Is there a mortgage? if so, is your name on it?
