CA wills

We currently live in CA- moved here 2 years ago. I downloaded a will form from Sec. of state, and we completed it. We are currently renting, and have no assets besides IRAs and vehicles. Do we need a trust for the vehicles, and is the will form I executed enough for CA?
Thanks for any clarification.

Vehicles are normally "fluid" assets, since you trade cars every so often. Here we list them as "vehicles", since changing the will would be a royal PITA every time you traded vehicles. My mom would get a new car and that was to be her "last" car......3 or 4 times As always, especially in California, you should consult an attorney for advice.

As Larry said, I would invest in a consultation with an attorney for this.

Also, it looks like you need to update your location in your profile, still says NC
