Bathroom window

I want to create a bathroom window by sadwiching stiffened net curtain between glass anybody done this?

Welcome to the forums! Your profile is not complete so we don't know whether you live in balmy Palm Beach or frigid Manitoba. Our advice would be based on some of that information.

Sandwiching glass is not a preferred method since you don't have the thermopane effect for keeping cold and hot at bay. Do you plan on building your own frame? Will this hang in front of an energy efficient window, or do you plan on this being your window?

Also, is it for security reasons? They make wire mesh windows for that purpose.

You need special equipment and supplies to make a sealed double pane unit (IGU) consisting of 2 pieces of glass. Otherwise it will fog up between the panes, period. IGU's are not something you can or should DIY.
