Recommendation

I am looking to buy a good reliable portable nav system that I can transfer from car to car. Ideally is has turn by turn voice, touchscreen, ease of use, etc.

What would be the best one for the above characteristics for the price.?

Turn by turn with voice prompt. How much map accuracy do you need? If you only need highway and older street maps then it's hard to go wrong with the Navman 330, $129 bucks or so. If you need more up to date maps then I'd look at TomTom, the seem to be the next most reasonably priced.

I have a Garmin streetpilot c330 & nuvi 360. Both are excellent. The nuvi is pocket sized & more portable.

I haven't used any other brands, so I don't know how they compare. CR rated the garmin very highly as well.
