Recycle CFL lightbulbs

I called my town and they have no way to recycle CFL lightbulbs except to wait for hazardous waste pick up which is a couple of times a year. Any one have any other suggestions on how to recycle them?

I believe HD and Lowes are both collecting those for re-cycling. HD is for sure.

Cast Aluminum & Stainless Steel

Can someone help me tell the difference between Cast aluminum and Stainless Steel? I know they're both non-magnetic but other than that I'm clueless. I want to take them to the scrap yard for cash but don't want to get ripped off. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.Read More
