Have an RCA ColorTrack TV. All of a sudden it is flipping channels all by itself, and the volume is going up at the same time. Turn the thing off and in 15 minutes is ok again for an hour, a day or even a week. What's going on with this thing!

Termites found in tree

Cutting down a grapefruit tree in the backyard, my son found termites. Can we just continue cutting down the tree or is there a chance of the termites moving to the house?The house just had a clear termite inspection before we bought it in March. Where do we go from here? Where do we start?
