Storage shed - under a deck

I am planning on constructing a plastic-style (Rubbermaid) storage shed under a deck of my walk-out house. Right now the area is covered with several inches of mulch, which I can remove. I was planning on building it on skids and concrete blocks to keep it several inches off the ground. Any problems I shoud expect?

Thanks--

As long as you watch out for potential mold/mildew problems (depending on where you live), I can't think of any reason your plan won't work.

Sounds like a plan. I would substitute pressure treated wood beams 4X4's for the skids.
