I am planning on constructing a plastic-style (Rubbermaid) storage shed under a deck of my walk-out house. Right now the area is covered with several inches of mulch, which I can remove. I was planning on building it on skids and concrete blocks to keep it several inches off the ground. Any problems I shoud expect? Thanks--

I have a 2 bdrm house and the 2nd bdrm is a catch-all. I don't have a garage. I'm wanting to put up a new 8x10 or so shed. I won't build it or put it together, I'll hire someone. I'd like the most space for my money of course, and at a reasonable price- nothing fancy. Should I go with a wooden one? Metal one? The Life-Time sheds are way too expensive for me. What kind of floor would be decent to have? Would it be cheaper or more expensive to find some plans and have a wooden one built instead of a kit? How would I get a kit to my house? I just don't know how these things are done. Maybe you guys know a website or something. I know I can count on you! Thank you
