Price Range for Attached Shed

I'm trying to get an idea of how much I can expect to pay to have a contractor build a roughly 6'x8' attached shed on my house. It will require concrete footers and a poured foundation (using brick-stamped forms), 2x4 construction (or possibly 2x6), aluminum siding with wood (or composite) trim, 36" steel door, asphalt shingles, vented soffit (if needed), and an 8' gutter with downspout.

Tough to estimate online - have a few contractors bid the job so you can compare.

Lean-to Shed

and a poured foundation (using brick-stamped forms),
Do you mean floor here where you say "foundation"?

No. What i meant to say is the foundation walls would need to be poured using concrete forms as opposed to a cinder block foundation. And the forms need to be stamped to give the foundation a brick look in order to match the existing foundation of the house

From your description it only needs HVAC to become a "room". I know from all your previous posts you have checked out for a permit, right?

What type of floor? Wood, concrete, dirt, gravel?

Concrete floor. It will basically be a "room" but unfinished walls, no ventilation, and only accessible from outside.
