I have a shed door, that needs quite a bit of work.
About the cross beam, I'm thinking maybe a piece of wood or metal and reattach the pieces in the wood that is still good and not so weathered. Something like this?

For the corners, I'm not sure if there is a metal brace that is a triangle, l-shape that would fix these easily
Here are pictures.

- corners are busted, not sure how to get these together again
- crossbeam is broken

I would take the door down and lay it flat and re-do the wood framing since much of it is shot. You can install gussets in the corners like it has now and/or a diagonal like in your first photo.

Attempting to patch it up is a waste of time. As has been suggested, rebuild the door with all new framing. And install a rain guard above the door to keen ran water away from the inside.
