I would like to get a 'screen room' for our back yard. It is essentially a four posted canopy/tent with mesh sides.
I was hoping to install it close to our patio door. The area is half concrete floor and the rest is a grass lawn. I think I can secure the posts on the grass with tent stakes.
My question is how do I anchor the two other posts on the concrete?

I don't think you want to do this. It sounds like your thinking of semi-permenant installation. How will you cut the grass with the screen tent on the lawn? Will the shade from the screen tent kill the grass?
For the legs on pavement you can use weights. They sell weights that slip over the legs or you can make your own with buckets full of sand or concrete. Either way you've still got a very temporary structure so I wouldn't focus too much on anchoring it down and think more about taking it down when it's not needed.
