Patio door track cover
I have heard that stainless steel track covers are availble to snap over top of old, damaged patio door tracks. Any suggestions on how an individual homeowner can purchase this?

Patio door track cover
Home Depot does carry them under the brand name Prime Line Products. They come in a package of 10 (8 feet long) and sell for about $40. However, since my track is 12 feet long, is it OK to butt 2 pieces of the cover or will it create a problem with the smoothness of travel ????
