Question fabric soffit attached to cement ceiling

i am doing a little acoustic tuning. i need to attach a frame of aluminum studs to a cement ceiling. there is not much weight involved-only the 1"5/8 studs, plywood rips to attach fabric, and fabric. i'm guessing the building is about 40-50 years old-that is the extent of my knowledge of how strong the concrete ceiling is. i don't want to use anything pneumatic. what should i do? is there a screw that exists that i can simply screw into the concrete? do i have to drill a pilot hole, put an expansion anchor in and then a screw? do i have to use a stud gun? what is the easiest/quickest?

thanks,

This is a link to TAPCONS:

http://www.confast.com/products/tap_con.asp

Fast and easy to use TAPCONS offer exceptional strengths (tensile, yield, shear and pullout) at low cost. Drill a properly sized hole into the concrete with a carbide masonary bit and drive the TAPCON in - holds great!
