Plasma tv mounted to metal studs

Is the best way to do this using toggle blots through the drywall? Are there any kind of similar bolts that can be used through the metal studs? The plasma mount has many expanded holes so one could use a lot of fasteners. Is this the best idea, how many is too many?

The total weight of the plasma is about 77 lbs (plus the weight of the mount, prob 20 lbs), but as the tv articulates away from the wall, the resistance must go up. It won't articulate away from the wall more than 2 feet.

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

A toggle bolt through standard 5/8" gyp. board will give you about 50 lbs. of pull out load per anchor. You will probably have a higher load in the stud, but I am not aware of any company that has test values for a steel stud base material. As for the TV mount away from the wall, a moment load is incurred and you should check with the manufacturer of the stand to determine the load on each individual anchor.
