Thumbs up removing concrete anchors

Any thoughts on removing expandable concrete anchors ?
I was figuring to loosen the nut enough to get my sawsall blade underneath the 2x4 and cut them flush .
Your thoughts .

Sawsall worked great...........make sure you use a metal cutting blade

You could also trying overtightening them which might do one of two things, (1) Snap them off or, (2) pull them up out of the concrete. Either one would accomplish the task.

I've had 2 snap already just in the loosening process.
This is an old outside shed I'm replacing so it has been exposed to weather .
