corner joints and bolts (flat plate & hangar bolt) to make a table flatpackable

i'm making a table, and i'd like to use those corner joints and bolts (like they have on ikea flat pack tables).

there's a flat plate that is screwed to the plinths under the table top, then a bolt (is it a hangar bolt?) that screws into the table leg. to assemble, the bolt goes through the plate and a nut fixes it.

i'm posting to see if anyone knows where i can get hold of them. i'm in the uk, but not having much luck, so any shop taht would mail them would do the trick.
