Stripped Screw

Is there a tool that I can use to pull out a stripped screw. The philip head screw is stripped at the head. Thanks

I often use vise-grips to clamp the head, or cut a slot in the head with a dremel or hacksaw and turn it into a flat head screw
If those methods are not possible or don't work, I use "E-Z Out"-type extractors
First a reverse thread bit is used to drill out the screw (or bolt) a little
Then the reverse thread E-Z Out is tapped into the hole and twisted out, often with a tap handle
I have a kit, but you can get just one size at your local hardware store

If you have a dremel tool,or even a regular drill with the proper accessory, you can grind a slot in the head and take it out with a flat head screwdriver. A file may work too.
