Tapcons
i have steel studed frames tapconned into a cement floor. whats the best way to remove them?

If they are really Tapcons, they can be unscrewed. May take a socket and ratchet as they really hold. Good luck.

The only way to remove these is to grind off the heads. The part within the concrete is a permenent fixture and short of digging them out they are there to stay.

what should i use to grind the heads off with? you dont think just popping them up with a crowbar would work?
