removing stripped tapcons?

Any ideas on removing 1/4" phillips head tapcons with the phillips guts stripped out?

The screws, several of them, are all the way in an aluminum storm panel track so there's no way to get hold of them with vicegrips. Base material is CBS.

I was thinking to try an EZ-Out but I'm afraid the tapcon steel may be too hard to drill and remove that way.

Any ideas?

Man, what have you done, now? Just kidding. You may be able to use a 5/16 hole saw without the arbor to carefully drill into the hole and around the screw head. Since it is 1/4" phillips, I am assuming you can get a 1/4" bit on it now, and unscrew it.

Boy, what fun that was! I tried drilling the tapcons for EZ-Outs, I was right, too hard, at least for any bit I own. Ended up grinding the heads down until I could knock the track off with a hammer. Had about 1/4" of tapcon sticking out after that. Was able to get all but 2 out with vice grips. Those 2 will be ground down and covered with epoxy prior to painting. Will just have to make sure holes in new track miss those 2 little spots.

The hole saw idea seems like it would leave too much stucco damage....
