Ladder-painting in stairway

I need to locate ?leg(s) extensions to be able to paint a hallway/stairway. For reasons toolong to explain I have to face a wall so the the legs are on different steps. Any sources? The height is approx. 20'. Thanx.

A painter's pivot tool
You'll find them in your local paint shop

Little Giant ladder plus a leg leveler.

Or, regular extension ladder plus a leg leveler.
