Paslode 16 ga 3/4" Finish Nails?

I am having difficulty finding 3/4" finish nails (16 gauge) for my cordless Paslode finish nailer. Shortest I can find is 1". I need something shorter for securing some 1/8" trim around my cabinets. Anyone know where I can find these?

Have you tried all the big box stores and anywhere else pnuematic nailers are sold?

I usually try to buy gun nails at harbor freight because they are signifcantly lower priced. I don't remember if they sell 3/4"

Nails

Drive the 1 in. nails at an angle rather than straight in.

The answer to your question probably depends a little bit on the type of cordless Paslode you have. Is it the 16 ga straight... or 16 ga angled?

Amazon has 3/4" B&C Eagle nails that will fit the 16 ga. straight Paslode.

The 16 ga. angled Paslode won't shoot a nail that's 3/4".

And fastening something that is only 1/8" thick is a real trick, since the fastener will want to blow right through the material. I'd suggest using a little wood glue in addition to your fasteners.

Its a straight nailer, and perhaps I'll just glue the wood trim around the cabinets and not nail it at all.
