That looks like countless nameless attachment thingamabobs that hold washing machines, vcrs, window frames, shower doors, knock-down funiture, etc, etc, etc!

To find out what exactly that is called you would need the name the manufacturer calls it.

Not sure what it's for

I'm not sure what it's for or who makes it. I found it in the bottom of my tool box and it works perfectly to reinforce the bottoms of my dresser drawers. I just need more of them.

It looks like a piece used to reinforce the joints of inexpensive cabinets. You can check your home supply center to see if they have something similar.
