Custom Clamp / Fastener (metal rod - metal rod)
P1011287 pictures from friends & fun photos on webshots
Its to clamp a fairly thin, light rod to a second rod in the same way it looks in the picture
I need it to be removable and not permanent, so not epoxy! Something I can un-do and re-do in a matter of a minute or so
Help a dude out!

I'm guessing you don't want to drill a hole through the two, and use a bolt and wing nut?
Otherwise, just pinch the 2 parts together with a hand clamp or quick-clamp, or would it cast too much shadow on your flash?

How about piggy backing two grounding clamps with a bolt with the head cut off of it. You could do this twice and have a really solid clamping set up that won't sag.
