Welcome to the forums! It may not be too difficult to purchase a rebuild kit. More than likely the actuator plunger has gone bad. The rebuild kit will make it good as new. If the body is in good shape, as you indicate, it may be well worth a rebuild. Check this out: Duo-Fast CN-137 parts breakdown on ToolPartsDirect.com

You betcha you will!! Some small hardware store or repair person with an old inventory will have parts you need if it is beyond the ring kit. I think the ring kit and a good cleaning will make it like new. Good luck and keep us posted.
