Question Garage Door Maintenance

I am a new home owner and am teaching myself to do home maintenance. Several weeks ago I went through the process of testing the force, safety reverse, etc. of my garage door. I have white lithium grease for greasing the parts but I don't know what parts to grease. I've googled it and they name off a bunch of things. I pull out the manual and they name off stuff there, too, but I'm still not really clear about it. Can someone help me understand where i'm supposed to grease stuff??

Do not grease the rails or the wheels themselves. Lubricate all hinges and wheel axles. A properly adjusted door should stay in any open position and not fall or rise by itself. You should be able to easily lift or lower the door with one hand on the bottom. The door installers use a special spray on lub that I can't recall the name of, but a grease is not necessary.
