Best way to support bar (DIY Inverted Rows)
Hi all,
Looking for a way to make my own equipment to do inverted rows at home. Basically i just need to suspend a metal pole horizontally about a foot in the air, only downward pressure is applied so it doesn't need to be fastened, just sit in something on either end - i just have no idea what that something is or what it should be made of.
How i see it (detailed schematic): imgur: the simple image sharer
Reference picture for inverted rows: imgur: the simple image sharer
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forums from down under
It would be easy to make if you knew of a machine shop or welding shop.
One thing I used when I was younger was cinder blocks.
