What are these tools and what are they used for?
We don't know what it is and we're having a men's group and these tools are leading to a door prise.

No purpose. They are "do nothing" tools created by a neat old guy in Arkansas for the sole purpose of decorating the walls at all the Cracker Barrel restaurants along the interstates.

Picture #3 is a venturi measuring apparatus for a downdraft carburetor. I used something similar on my TR-6 Stromberg CDSE's. With twin carbs, they both must have matching intake, so an adjustment is made to make them the same.
Picture #1 is a modified forging tong. What the wooden handle does, I don't know. Probably modified after one half broke and someone needed to pick up twigs off the ground
